24/7 Call Centre
The Senwes Equipment's John Deere Call Centre is a dynamic hub of precision technology and technical experts who offer an effective and efficient service to John Deere clients. By leveraging in-depth data analytics, the Call Centre optimises machine utilisation and effecting predictive maintenance, reducing machine downtime and preventing costly catastrophic failures. With a team of qualified level-4 technicians, the Call Centre offers real-time support for farming equipment, helping farmers to improve the overall health of their connected fleet of equipment.
How does it work?
By making use of telematics machine connection technology (JDLink™) the Call Centre leverages a suite of remote in-the-moment support tools.
Detecting an issue
A signal is sent from the machine's cab to the Call Centre for any technological or electronic issue.
Notifying the owner
The signal is translated into a diagnostic trouble code, the owner is notified and a service consultant is informed to initiate remote diagnostics.
Assessing the issue
Consultants then assess the situation to determine if a visit to the farm or additional diagnostics is needed. If a trip to the field is required, the data captured allows the technician to plan accordingly and bring the correct parts and tools with him to the field to fix the problem the first time around and reduce the impact of any downtime.
